The Position

We are seeking a Business Development Associate to join our fast-growing agency. This person will focus on the development of new business opportunities across all channels in response to client RFPs and other outbound lead generation systems. The ideal candidate for our team is a strategic, collaborative, and creative team player, who has a solid understanding of all marketing channels, particularly within the digital space. He/she will be responsible for generating new sales leads and have quarterly revenue goals. This person will generate sales through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing team's opportunities in new accounts.

  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Qualify business leads and drive the RFP process
  • Manage new business process from lead to submission
  • Ability to write proposals, create content, and update social channels
  • Experience and understanding of a marketing agency a must
  • Drive organizational success by conducting outbound sales and marketing activities 
  • Spearhead research, cold calling, pipeline development, and contacting prospects
  • Learn more about our prospective customers through hosting discovery calls to document and organize their needs
  • Develop new business contacts to stimulate sales pipeline
  • Attend and participate in pitch meetings when appropriate



Candidates living in the Greater Boston area are preferred as this position will primarily reside in our Winchester, MA office. However, consideration for other locations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.


Minimum qualifications to be successful in this role:

  • Strong work ethic
  • Good creative experience in Keynote and PowerPoint
  • Detail orientated and focused on deadlines
  • Strong visual and presentation skills
  • Experience across all marketing platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
  • 2-4 years related experience working at an agency preferred
